Dr. Paul Pearce of Nova Biologicals to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

CONROE, TEXAS, UNITED STATES, September 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- “What an incredible privilege it is to have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for virtually all of mankind”, says Dr. Paul J. Pearce, PhD, founder of Nova Biologicals, Inc.

Microorganisms, or germs, touch the lives of every person on earth. Because many germs are potentially life threatening and because we now have the ability to manage and control some of those that impact our health and quality of life, we are able through research and testing to prevent and avoid the devastation that was, a mere 50 years ago, simply impossible. Hidden in plain sight, microorganisms can affect the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink, the medical equipment we depend on and the medicines we take.

Protecting ourselves from these germs requires the diligent work of microbiological testing laboratories. Nova Biologicals specializes in testing a vast array of water, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics.

“Microorganisms have played a huge role in the development of our civilization. There has been nothing more destructive to humanity than infection,” says Dr. Pearce. “And because of this, we realize our level of responsibility. We appreciate that responsibility and we guard that responsibility very carefully. This is a war. These organisms want to live just as much as any other organism wants to live, and they can adjust their genetics to survive in challenging environments. It’s a never-ending battle. What we do affects millions of people every day.”

As a fully certified testing laboratory, Nova recognized the enormity of the need to collaborate with individuals, industry and Federal, State and local authorities. Through this collaborative effort, Nova provides testing and consulting services that enable all parties to fulfill their responsibilities to their families, customers and citizens.

“The science is expected,” says Dr. Pearce. “It’s the ability to be responsive to what the customer needs, providing excellent science, but also understanding our clients are accountable to governmental authorities, as well as their customers and corporate stakeholders. So the culture of Nova is one of integrity, dedication, communication, and cooperation within the organization.”

A PhD in microbial immunology, Dr. Pearce spent several years working in the hospital industry as a clinical laboratory director, specializing in microbiology and the pathology of microbes before establishing Nova Biologicals 25 years ago.

Nova Biologicals began in June of 1993 testing 50 samples a month. This August, the laboratory will test between 8,000 and 10,000 samples.

“We are spreading the word about how germs impact our society. We believe that global education is necessary if we are to truly improve the quality of our lives here in America, as well as the world. We provide testing and consulting services throughout the United States of America as well as in Nicaragua, Ghana and Uganda by helping to develop water safety programs.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Dr. Pearce in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on October 1s t at 2pm EDT and with Jim Masters on October 8th at 2pm EDT.
