lesage, w.va. – A local bottler of pure Mountain State deep-sealed well water, whose Cabell County operation employs forty persons with disabilities, is now providing drinking water directly to West Virginia’s government agencies.
LeSage Natural, a division of the 58-year-old non-profit Green Acres Regional Center, Inc., will begin accepting orders for its award-winning water from state agencies starting July 1. Direct orders between Lesage Natural and the State of West Virginia have been made possible as a result of legislative changes in recent years.
The vendor serves 22 of West Virginia’s 55 counties and offers exclusive state and personalized labels.
The new relationship between the in-state water source and state government entities, with ordering procedures and delivery schedules already in place prior to their summer launch date, not only stands to stimulate economic development in West Virginia, but further contributes to LeSage Natural’s mission to employ persons with disabilities.
Earlene Anglin, Executive Director, states, “our mission is to offer inclusive, person-centered programs and supportive services that empower individuals with developmental disabilities to learn, grow, and lead fulfilling, independent lives with purpose and pride.”
Not only is LeSage Natural finding new success in the public sector, but the Cabell County employer also serves over 2,500 clients in the private sector throughout the tri-state region and can provide all related accessories to clients, such as hot/cold water dispensers, display refrigerators, cups and cup holders.
The bottler takes pride in showcasing one of West Virginia’s greatest natural resources–its pure drinking water and uses its own 100 ft deep sealed well in production. “Our water is pumped from the ground, purified, bottled, labeled, and packaged for delivery right here on site. It is undeniably some of the purest and best tasting water in the world and we have consistent results and multiple awards to back that claim,” says Anglin.
LeSage Natural hopes to grow their success with government agencies not only to showcase the state’s pure drinking water to its public employees, but to continue their 58-year-old mission, empowering those with disabilities.
