Among those who have fallen under restrictive measures is the former assistant to the crown prince and the country's general consul in Turkey.
Earlier, Washington threatened to introduce measures against those involved in the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Hashukji.
The journalist was killed during the conflict in the territory of the consulate general in Istanbul, where he arrived on October 2.
